I work in Palo Allto, the most aggressive and compeitive real estate market place in the nation where the median sales price is $2.4MM. I am a highly trained professional agents and works for a full service brokerage firm that focuses on the ultimate customer service experience. With 20+ years of sales experience from Advertising to Commerical Real Estate Lending I can offer a wider perspective and insight to my clients. I'm responsible for all the marketing that is required for every transaction ranging from internet, direct mail, and newspaper; I interact with a wide variety of vendors from builders to staging companies to ensure that each property is market ready ; I guide my clients through our contracts and disclosures, and negotiate on behave of my clients to ensure that they get the best and highest price for their home.
