Photoshop-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I have attached a group of pictures of the strip center we are looking to purchase.

The goal is to photoshop it to show what it would look like after renovations and when it's fully occupied.

The very top trim of the building should be a bright red, the regular body of the building will be a beige (similar to what's there) and the bottom trim a dark brown.

I have attached a few logos to perspective businesses that can occupy it.

I'd also like it to show a freshly paved parking lot and add some parking lot decor similar to the sample provided.

I'd also like to include a new monument sign with the businesses logos on it. I've attached the old one as well.
