Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a double sided A5 landscape leaflet designed for our company Monarch Residential. We are a London based Estate Agent specialising in Lettings, Sales, Management for residential properties in the UK.

The leaflet should have an eye catching front page that makes the people pick and read the leaflet. A clever strap line with imagery that sets us apart from the rest of the agents should be used.

The back of the leaflet will have a few more details - Lettering | Sales | Management. Our website - www.monarchresidential.co.uk
& something like "For more information call us on 020 8569 9400"

I'd like to also have a stamp like sign on front or back that says "More Properties Required"

I'd also like another line to say we have over 30 years experience in the property industry and we have another company that specialises in Commercial property - www.monarchcommercial.co.uk

Colors should be eye catching

Our logo is attached.

Leaflet will be hand delivered to residents within a 3 miles radius from our offices.
It should appeal to Landlords mainly who are looking to rent out their property or have it managed, and prospective buyers who are looking to buy property and landlords looking to sell.
