Project says Job Type CSS coded design only

The current budget suffices for 4-5 pages design with CSS coding only - not full site designed or css coded or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget
Also please arrange to guarantee the project if you want the best designers to work on it

I got an upgrade so that it could be converted into web site HTML and CSS files. All that is required is graphic design for the pages listed and HTML coding for several paragraphs of text for each page. I am updating the brief to reflect this.

Dont work on nonguaranteed projects as principle.

Hi, thanks all for the great entries. We really like the designs which incorporate the logo into the heading, have a good call to action button towards the top of the page, have visible links to social media and blog and have a high end feel. Grid based is ideal as we are working on a platform built on HTML Bootstrap.
