I've read the brief and it sounds like something i can do for you. Before I start can I ask how this is going to be printed? I'm from a clothing background so please forgive me cost is always in the back of my mind when starting a project, have you had this idea costed yet? if you have then ignore what I'm about to say if you haven't then please bare this in mind.
Each design in a different place; sleeve, back, front etc will be a separate screen + every colour a separate screen. If you have a one colour print in the positions that you have mentioned this will be 4 screens, a 2 colour print 8 screens and so on. This really isn't an issue if you are printing the tees yourself but if you are not then this could turn out to be a costly t-shirt. because of the amount of screens you will need.
If all your sketch ideas were in 1 or 2 positions you could reduce the amount of screens and bring the cost down.
Have I just talked myself out of a job? forgive me. I will send through your original concept (if you are happy to proceed) + some cheaper options.

Thanks for your thoughtful question. You've clearly been through this a few times! While I have not costed it out, I am aware that the four locations will make it an expensive production process and I am ok with that. I'm not intending to make any profit here -- just interested in the final product.

There are a few elements outlined in the description that are very important to me, but I am open to other ideas. The reverse image on the front is key and I like the idea of the three different hand/arm symbols.
