Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I will be opening a store front real estate company in a small town and I want a logo to use on my store sign and all marketing materials such as for sale signs. I need to have it be easily read from cars that drive by. We are a client focused real estate group.
I had the logo that is attached, and I love it! However, the script is hard to read from a distance.
