Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Nest Architectural Design - for stylish, practical and affordable design home designs.

We would like a logo that is fresh and stylish. Simple but effective, able to be used in both colour and black & white versions. Don't want something too fussy or with too much fine detail/complexity.

Fonts that we kind of like that we found during a quick flick through MS Word include: Candara, Century Gothic, Microsoft Jhenghei, Nirmala, or even Calibri. But of course open to other suggestions.

We had thought about having a stylized bird nest nestled up to the word 'nest' in lower case letters, with 'Architectural Design' in smaller text underneath. However, we are experts in house design and not in graphics design, so are open to what you experts think will work.

We don't have any fixed ideas on colours, but although we anticipate women will be the ones often making the decision about what design firm to go with, we will also be working with builders and developers on a regular basis, so don't want anything too 'soft' or 'girly'.

Have attached a pdf doc where we have commented on some logos we have found online to try and provide some additional insight into our preferences.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• The logo must be able to be used at small scale (i.e. business cards) as well as larger (on the side of a car). The small scale requirement means that it can't be too complex/have too much small detail as it won't be able to be seen easily.

Sollte nicht haben

• I would like 'Nest' to be the focus, with 'Architectural Design' less prominent.
• I would prefer not to have a cliche 'architectural lines and tools' logo, but if it is really cool then would consider.
