Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design for a new retail and online clothing store called Dapple EQ.

Dapple EQ will specialise in selling high end equestrian (horse riding) clothing and lifestyle products (jewellery, art, homewares etc).

The name dapple comes from the round spots (or dapples) that appear on a horses coat (hair) - I've attached some pics of horses with dapples.

I'd prefer black and white coloring and the typography should be the strongest element of the design. Typography may be all that's needed but if something can be done to represent dapples in a clean and simple way I wouldn't reject it.

The logo needs to be sophisticated, luxury and simple (less is more).
