We need a trifold brochure design for our new IT company, Dean Computer Solutions, based in New Braunfels, TX. This brochure will be for marketing to our residential as well as our business customers. We would like the plans & subscriptions shown below displayed on the brochure. We also would like a brief description of our family owned company. I would also like our company mission statement displayed on the brochure (mission statement provided below). I would also like to make it known to the customer that every plan is customizable and can fit their individual needs as well as provide priority support servicing. Please see deancomputer.com for a more thorough description of services provided and description of company. I would also like the brochure to match the design/color scheme of the website, however this is not a must have, I want the designers to have a free choice of color/design.
Company description:
We will offer subscription based support services to help our customers better plan & manage IT expenses. Customers who purchase these packages will be given priority support as well as the ability to roll over hours purchased month to month. This will help offset the cost of large scale emergencies or when business threatening disasters happen. We will also offer discounted hourly rates, based on the package selected, for any hours in excess of the subscription.
We will offer support & Infrastructure subscription services to help our customers not have to foot the bill up front for enterprise level IT devices & hardware. This will also provide support & maintenance for our customers that purchase these products & services. We will offer packages specifically tailored to our clients needs. We will not have cookie cutter based subscription & infrastructure packages.

$125 per hour regular business rate (without subscription)
Business Support Subscription:
1 hour business package - $ 99 monthly - 10% discount on regular hourly rate after overage
2 hour business package - $149 monthly - 15% discount on regular hourly rate after overage
3 hour business package - $199 monthly - 20% discount on regular hourly rate after overage
Custom plans to meet client needs available
Residential Support Subscription:
1 hour residential package - $59 monthly - 10% discount on regular hourly rate after overage
2 hour residential package - $79 monthly - 15% discount on regular hourly rate after overage
3 hour residential package - $99 monthly - 20% discount on regular hourly rate after overage
Custom plans to meet client needs available
Equipment lease (hardware support only) - Client purchases equipment for $1 at end of term (Storage devices, Servers, Software Licenses, etc.):
1 year lease - 12 total payments made (Rate based on credit worthiness)
2 year lease - 24 total payments made (Rate based on credit worthiness)
