T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am wanted a graphic for the front of a tshirt. I would like to use a current logo along with a vector lined image of our city's downtown courthouse. See attached for the logo and photo of the courthouse. I need the building to be in simple outline form. I would be interested to see the building outline interact and/or work with the logo design but I am not sure how the would best look. I leave that freedom to the designer.
