3) a gated document section where people can download pdf's from the site after registering or providing name, company, position, email and contact number.
=== All this requires a full backend to manage which is not possible for the low budget you have set for designers.
please increase the designer budget to 1000 aud not usd if you want all this included.

Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it
