I have reviewed your brief. The picture attached isn't suitable for the logo- it's too complex. Would you consider some other symbol, similar but simplified? Good example- WWF panda, the drawing contains just couple black spots, but the image is perfectly readable and whats important- scalable.

you want to reesign the logo? because the logo is not suitable with the brief.
