Project says Job Type PSD design only

The current budget suffices for homepage psd design only - not full site designed or css coded or shopify / backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget
Also please arrange to guarantee the project if you want the best designers to work on it

Shopify websites are very easy to build. All that there is there I made it myself. I can get South African companies to complete it for US$250

Then maybe you should have approached "South African companies" to complete your site?
This website is for designs, and if you want it to be coded, you have to add more.

I do website design and development, but you have to explicitly say that you want design plus code (html/css).

If this website is for designs, why would crowddesign accept the money for my proposal to complete my website?
