Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo designed for a new company called THE DIGITAL SHARK. We are purchasing a customized LED mobile billboard truck, and calling it The Digital Shark. Our tag line is "Take a bite out of your competition and put it into your marketing".
We would like to stick to a 2-color design if possible. We are thinking of black & royal blue, however we are open to other possibilities. We would like to use gradients to offer different shades of these colors, using the same PMS color, so that it's ultimately just a 2 color design.
If you are using a shark, we would like the shark to be aggressive looking, but still very professional. Not aggressive to the point that it's scary. We are also open to using the fin or anything else that makes sense. If we can incorporate the LED digital screens to the logo, then great. If not, no big deal, we just want people to identify The Digital Shark with the truck when they see it.
