Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We are looking for a logo for my son's little company, Fox Island Shellworks. 9 year old Charlie beachcombs for shells and seaglass and makes custom necklaces, angels and art from them. He sells them at fairs and online and 20% of his profits goes to charity. He has been doing this for a year now and his PR person (me, his mom) finally got a facebook page up for him a few weeks ago.
We have a website started (not live), but really need a great logo. We (ok, me) are trying to create a webpage using GoDaddy's cart option right now and would love to be able to use this logo for the website, as well as for other branding material.
We have been using the blue sanddollar logo from Vistaprint, which Charlie really likes, but it limits us to use it only with a few VP products. We would like something similar with perhaps a less frilly design (the blue color is great). The simplicity of the sanddollar with blue has been well received. I am just hoping for something that has less curly bits (he is a rough and tumble boy after all). Other shells would be fins as well, even a grouping. Thank you so much for considering helping us out. Charlie has been making these necklaces since he was 8 and has raised over $300.00 for animal rescue organizations. He beachcombs with me and I take care of drilling the seaglass and shells. He puts them together the way he wants. This is his little business and I am really his helper more than anything.

We just wanted to update and say thank you so much to all the designers who have submitted ideas for Fox Island Shellworks! We LOVE what we are seeing! Thank you so much for taking the time to submit something to our little project. This will be a much tougher decision than I thought :)

I wanted to post an update on the Fox Island Shellworks design challenge - I sincerely apologize for the silence from my end. Our son was quite sick and then we had a family issue that we needed to travel cross country for. Armed with only my phone and limited service, our wonderful designers were left hanging. Now that I have returned, Charlie and I will go through the really amazing designs that have been presented and have a choice made within 24 hours. Again, my utmost apologies for not responding or choosing a winner sooner. It is certainly not the way I usually do business! All the best from Fox Island Shellworks
