Please clarify the exact scope of work as this is design contest / competition.
Project says Job Type Uncoded PSD design only

The current budget suffices for 2-3 pages psd design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or bigcommerce integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the contest if you need the best designers to work on it
