you should see all the designs submitted by each designer. you can either rate or leave private feedback to each design or eliminate if it's not what you are looking for,

you dont need to pay additional money i assume you are clicking on the wrong section if it asks for more money. also you can either wait until the contest is finished in order to choose a winner for your contest or do it before it ends. in any case you should ask a question at the customer support if you need more help.

Hi. I like the design but not the position of the person. I want someone who is in a position of receiving and victory. That one looks aittle like an angel. A tiny spot of colour would also look nice.
