Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

The creation of a website of which I have examples of sites that I'm looking to mirror almost exactly as well as a rough wireframe(outline of pages - 6 pages) and basic layout vision as well as pictures, info etc. Just looking for someone to put it all together in a professional, creative way. I will also need a header template(letter head) with my company name ( creative lettering with some kind of graphic background) in Microsoft Word that matches the way the name is shown on the website and I will use that Template to print my own letter-head, biz cards, etc. This is ideally a simple job (Trying to keep costs as minimal as possible)
