Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I would like you to create a sample logo to symbolizes "THE CLUB." I would like you to include the words "The Club," along with the tag line "A Power Move."
I want this logo to have a sophisticated feel. I want it to look like something reflective of majesty of law. I want the participants to feel that have joined a fraternity scholars, lawyers, and law makers. However, this fraternal group is just inexplicably "cooler" than all others; on a "stay thirsty my friends" level (Quote from the most interesting man in the world beer commercial).

The club offers educational consultant support to law school students. The Club offers a forum for communication, professional services, seminars, webinars, technical writing videos for exams and briefs and other services to support law school students in their educational journey. The club has a relationship with mylawacademy.com sharing a website for sales purposes, however the club is a stand alone entity. It is important to me that I walk away owning the property for which I have paid. In preparing the final images to share with me, I would prefer a vector file format such as: EMF (Enhanced MetaFile)—A MicroSoft Windows vector art file, or EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)—A file created by an illustration program (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, etc.). I would like for your designer to send this project as a PDF. This PDF to be saved at the highest resolution possible, which is only possible if the PDF file is created using Adobe Acrobat Distiller or a PDF creation program (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Professional). Additionally, I would like to the work shared as a PNG and JPEG.
