Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We need a logo design for a new, boutique real estate brokerage in the Houston, Texas market. We have backgrounds in law, finance, and sales and will be aiming at a professional clientele. We would like to see script-based designs that use the color royal blue and are elegant with some pop. We love the script of the Stribling logo in NYC (see www.stribling.com, also attached). We are open to including "Real Estate Brokerage" -- maybe in small caps -- underneath the logo but it's not a must-have.

Muss haben
- We would like to use script, but we want an awesome font -- we definitely don't want it to look like we did it ourselves using standard fonts from a Word document. For an idea of what we like, we love the Stribling script (but don't want to copy it, obviously).
Schön zu haben
- If Levine & Co. is too generic we would be open to including Real Estate Brokerage underneath the logo in small caps or something like that.
Sollte nicht haben
- We would prefer not to have anything representational in the logo -- no houses, trees, picket fences, nothing cutesy. A non-representational flourish would be just fine.
