One idea we have for the book cover design is to create an element of surprise or feeling of conflict and yet overall sense of harmony for the viewer.
On the one hand the book cover design should show wealth, money, elegance: This might be accomplished through a color scheme of gold on white. (See attached sample book cover we like that might inspire you).
On the other hand the book cover design should also convey the power of the crowds which defy an air of exclusivity normally associated with wealth and elegance This might be accomplished through the use of geometric patterns that represent waves or fluidity or tapestry or similar concepts.
The design should convey high touch and organic growth as crowdfunding is closely associated with social media and crowdsourcing or shared economies. The cover should also depict high tech and innovation as crowdfunding is one of the financial technologies now making waves in the financial and business world as it optimizes the internet and online automation.
Design can also have tactile feel to it just like the sample, to compensate for the 2-tone color theme if that is chosen.
If you have other ideas how this can be best depicted using other color schemes or design concepts, please feel free to do so. Who knows we might like your concept better :-)
