Can you provide your old address and your new address. Also what is the relationship that you will have with the new company...will both maintain your own branding or will you go under that branding?

I am going to keep my branding but want to align myself with Shine. I am adding the Shine logo to my website. But keeping my logo to the left. And adding Shine to the right side.

My current patients are aware of the move. They understand I am working out of Shine. But any new patients may be confused. The signage will say Shine. We can't have two signs. Shine is a personal training, massage therapy, health coaching business, yoga classes etc.

I am taking over the right side of her space. She has two units. If possible I want the postcard to relate:
1) I am moving my space
2) I will now have rehab therapy, personal training, massage therapy and natural facials. Those services provided by Shine. But, I am hoping to excite my patients who have been thinking of adding training or health coaching.
3) I perform Chiropractic care, peripheral neuropathy laser therapy and disc decompression therapy.
Now of course my patients can continue to see me as usual and not add any additional services. I am trying to relate a total health facility.
Truly, I am cutting overhead by joining shine. But, need to bill insurance etched through body core.

I do have a head shot if you think that would help. I could also get one of the staff at Shine if needed. Her website has some pictures. And my site has pictures of me.
