Please clarify the exact scope of work as this is design contest / competition.
Project says Job Type CSS coded design only

The current budget suffices for homepage psd design with CSS coding only - not full site designed or css coded or backend or wordpress or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
The brief says including ways to post to the sight from my cell phone,upload material from facebook, a way to post three photos each day that are changed out daily and ways to automatically archive old material. ------- this is not included here

I spoke with the representative and told her what I was wanting. She indicated that this was the package I should purchase. If that isn't what I needed, please advise what the price of the package would be that would include the wordpress coding feature and where I could upload information from facebook and change post daily, as well as archive old material at featured intervals.

The posting is right but The budget is not right for all this work quantum with backend as you are demanding. It should be 800 - 1000 usd to let good designers work on it. please increase budget

I had discussed with one of the representatives what package to submit and then was kind of "taken aback" when he said that.....Please let me know what you have in mind. I've got some things that definitely must be addressed.....number one, of course, is the site is driven by advertising.....I must have one or two large ad spaces at the top, right under the headliner, and I must have three to six that are scattered throughout the page. This is my "bread and butter" so to speak, so that is requirement #1.
