Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

The name of the company is SOS (Safety Operational Systems). I am thinking that I would like the logo to integrate the name and/or acronym in something that looks like an official seal of some sort. The look of the website will be very clean (think boring govt. site). I am open to colors, fonts, etc....

I would also to see (as something completely different in concept), the black wax seal attached below, and on the inside rim in black relief (as pictured) place Safety Operational Systems . . . Putting SOS in gold type in the center. . . could be all wrong but I want to see what it would look like. Obviously, show me any variations you have on that idea.
