Grafik-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a graphic design label for a new product launch. Berger is an 100% Australian family business specialised in making marinades made from natural and locally sourced fresh ingredients for fish and seafood. We make remarkable food for fine cooking prepared by hand at our kitchen in Condell Park, using the same ingredients and techniques you would use at home.

We are planning to launch three marinades for salmon.
The flavours are:

- Herb, Lemon & Cracked Black Pepper
- Ginger, Honey & Soy
- Coriander, Lemongrass, Shallot and Ginger

The marinades will be packed in a 300 grams clear pouch with spout and sold in the seafood section of a major retail supermarket.

Measurements of the pouch: 140 mm wide and 210 mm high but only 160 mm high from the spout downwards.

Label: For the label, It will be a 120mm wide X 120mm high If not slightly smaller. Please refer to File 2: to see the pouch.

The label will cover 75% of the front of the pouch and the marinade itself will be visible in the remaining 25 % of the pouch. The colours of the marinades are green for Herb, Lemon & Cracked Black Pepper and Coriander, Lemongrass, Shallot and Ginger; and dark brown for Ginger, Honey & Soy.

Our marinades do not contain additives. The marinades are Gluten free.

The label needs to visually communicate that the marinade is used for salmon.

Please choose a suitable typography for our name Berger that communicates an artisan feel.

Please refer to File 1 as a guide to what we would like, but keep in mind we are very open to any ideas you may have.

Colours should reflect the nature of our business, as outlined above.

• The label needs to visually communicate that the marinade is used for salmon.
  - Include "Gluten Free" and "No Additives" on the label
  - Outline the freshness of the ingredients used in the marinade eg. Coriander, Lemongrass, Shallot and Ginger to be included on the label.
  - Bright and eye catching colours (food friendly colours).
