Hi, Project Owner, this project requires an CMS ( Content Management System ) for the features you mentioned "tweak and modify, add information, and upload items for sale."

The task outline is only for psd design ( Photoshop Mockup ) and HTML CSS which is a STATIC website. you won't be able to do the features you mentioned.

Even if it is coded I won't be able to change photos?
I know enough code to edit and past in new product.
