Project says Job Type CSS coded design only

The current budget suffices for homepage psd design only with CSS coding - not full site designed or css coded or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it

What does a full site design warrant in budget? I have guaranteed the work. I am new to this any advice is appreciated to help get a get website.

From your desires mentioned in brief it appears that you need a fully responsive dynamic site with a backend to manage the Messageboard, In the news, registeration, payments etc hence a minimum designer prize of 1000 usd is required.

I just need the design. I have the backend support to post the news feeds, registration, checkout. I am really looking for someone to design the layout of all the pages. I have all the data to enter into the site. we will manage all the changes to text and pics.

Only just design or css coding too for all these pages?

I would like the design and then use it on a live website. I have a hosting site that I intended to use. I was going to use web.com but I did not like their designers. They just couldn't grasp what I wanted. I am a complete novice here when it comes to this, I need a website designed that will be functional for my company. Im open to suggestion here. I am relying on the experts.

In that case the designer prize should be 1000 usd not this low
