Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Common Business logo for Real Estate company with four products (so four individual logos, same image, fonts, etc but different words). I want an image of a key somewhere in the logo. It can definitely be creative but needs to look luxurious, classy, and professional. Not too crazy on colors or fonts. Our primary product is nice homes or leased condos with granite countertops, dark grey slate floors, clean white Pella windows, Moen brushed nickel fixtures: maybe one or more of these materials can inspire a design. No internet.com or cartoony stuff.

LuxurKey Leasing (AirBnb and Corporate leases of apartments), LuxurKey Homes (home buyer), LuxurKey Realty (home seller), and LuxurKey Management (rental property management). I also need one that say LuxurKey Group.

Also running projects for website, business card, and stationary design to use with logo design. I really want to find someone creative to work with long-term and make my life easier!

Back of card will be all logos for LuxurKey Group, and the LuxurKey Leasing logo will be full color and "highlighted", while the LuxurLey logos for LuxuKey Homes, LuxurKey Realty, LuxurKey Management will be "greyed out" or "not highlighted. The top of the back will say "A Division of the LuxurKey Group".

Muss haben

• Some form of the image of a key, the kind that opens door locks (all products have to do with real estate). Should imply work with my company to get access (a key) to a nice home or apartment/condo.

Schön zu haben

• Our primary product is nice homes or leased condos with granite countertops, dark grey slate floors, clean white Pella windows, Moen brushed nickel fixtures: maybe one or more of these materials can inspire a design. Doesn't have to contain any of those elements, but I am thinking something that screams "they have a premium product". I've seen nice business cards with metallic lettering so maybe something along those lines for text color, but I am open. Should be somewhat reminiscent of a nice watch, exotic car, or high-end clothing company.

Sollte nicht haben

• Cartoony anything.
• Completely abstract so you can't tell the logo contains a key of some type.
