We are providing business automation that is totally cloud based and this automation is cross-organizational, meaning from one cloud to another.

What is the significance of " built in the Salesforce environment"?

We are fully exploiting the power and capabilities of Salesforce, instead of developing those resources ourselves. Our focus is in the industry vertical, construction.
