Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are starting a Digital Recruitment Business in NZ and would like a logo designed. The company name is Socialite Recruitment but we would just like Socialite in the logo.

I like the look of these two logos/websites:

We are after a logo that reflects "quirky" without the large corporate tag...something that reflects the digital appeal typically seen on an agency website, like the examples above.
The 'it' in Socialite needs to be highlighted somehow e.g.. SocialITe so it showcases the Information technology component. It could possibly have the IT in a caption bubble, different colour, circle or we would even consider something quite creative with the ''it'.
Colours we like are; light baby blue, aqua blue, lime green, light green and aubergine. Light pastel colours are of interest.
We would like to portray the social impact that technology has created in this logo.
