Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for a new technology company in the networking segment. We provide our customers with hardware, consultancy services and packaged solutions with a special focus on wireless technology.

We are looking for a logo with a modern, simple and sleek design. I'm thinking a "web 2.0" type of logo, if there is such a thing. The design should look professional of course. It is also important that the logo can be used without the company name and still be recognized as our company logo. I guess it means the name, or the text rather, should not be too involved in the logo. It probably means the text has to go on the side or under, but I leave that up to you to figure out. The logo must work in web and print. Its a plus if it works in grey scale for example printed on invoices. We are not bound to any special colors. If I google "simplistic logo" I like many of the results.
