Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a Quality Collaborative based in Michigan. The program is a unique partnership between Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan, researchers at the University of Michigan, and clinicians from the 38 bariatric surgery programs across the state. The Collaborative works together to collect detailed clinical data with the intent of improving the quality and practice of bariatric surgery from the perspective of patients, families, and providers. The final design should communicate collaboration through the State of Michigan. Our current logo and other Collaborative logos are attached.
