Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a new logo for a multi-subspecialty orthopedic surgeons group. The logo could have some of the shades of green that appears at the "hospital logo" file. We are located at south Brazil and a common reference of our region is a tree known as "araucária" (see the files attached). Another common reference in orthopedics is the "Andry's three", the symbol of our specialty. These are just some initial ideas and another suggestions are very welcome. The initials "G.E.O.T." should be at the logo and also the text "Grupo de Especialidades - Ortopedia e Traumatologia". The final logo should be peaceful and transmit confidence.
