Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung
Need to update visual style of our web-site (www.maxicom.lv) in accordance to today requirements (taking into consideration new browsers, higher screen resolutions and mobile devices with touch interface).
Project includes visual web-design itself and it realization on Joomla 2.5. We would actually prefer customization of some high quality standard template -- we don't pretend to get the best site on the net, just convenient and good looking one, and need it work same way with different browsers and to be upgradable to next LTS Joomla version.
Most existing site content will stay same, changes are mainly visual appearance and Joomla to 2.5.
3 languages: EN, LV, RU (default English). If you don't know LV and RU, we can provide any translation needed, no problem.
Site must include customer self-registration form and subscription to news form (both may be combined).
Statistic module must be included, as well as other functionality existing now in the old site.

I want to make clear - I am not a designer (and my colleagues are not too) so we probably can't provide very specific feedback, we can just communicate our impression and feeling. Sorry for it, but we'll try our best anyway to be as specific as we can.
Another thing - pdf we provided is no a dogma, if you have better ideas - you can propose!
It was just a result of our internal discussions how our page may look.
We discussed today , and menu must look this way:
Home, Services, Solutions, Products, Training, Testing, Contacts
And we would prefer light and not too heavy coloures.
