Need a label design for a new all natural bath and body company (mykarilynn.com). We provide natural alternatives to harsh bath and body products. We have a lip balm that needs a new design!

I have attached my facebook cover photo because it might help with the design. But you do not have to use that.

  must have "All Natural Lip Balm" near the logo
  
  Must be in adobe illustrator EPS form (300 dpi) with 4 files (one for each flavor of lip balm: Herbal Mint, Cherry, Vanilla, Peppermint).

  must be in the following size: 2.125000 x 2.125000 (2-1/8 x 2-1/8)
  
  must have ingredients as shown below...
