what should it be?

Uploaded a few visuals. The one with gears on the left and the rest of the header is a solid color is nice, but too plain. We do want clean, not overly crowded with graphics, but the simple gears on the left do not capture the feel we want. We want a bit of perceived movement, we are a business about problem solving, critical thinking skills, innovation, creativity, etc. So we want a header that reflects this, but is not overly crowded and is consistent with the theme of the website. The headers will not be used on every page, but on certain pages...for instance we have a YouTube account, we want to use it there. We have a blog starting, we want to use headers there, etc.  

Hi guys. Thank you for the invite and the image examples supplied, studied them and I think I have
some ideas that should express what your trying to convey in the headers.
Just doing a bit of research and experimentation I'll send you some concepts very soon.

There may be some confusion. We are not looking to use the designs to replace our existing header at www.decisionskills.com. We are looking for simple, clean "sub-headers". A design that on specific pages in our site, such as the blog page or books page can enhance the look. Or for use in certain social media sites like Youtube or Facebook.
