We have agreed to place a cover ad in a booklet that will sit on local restaurant tables. The idea behind the booklets are that while people are waiting for their meal to arrive, they will look at the booklet on the table and begin reading it. Teh booklet will contain ads and trivia questions.

The Ad dimensions are 3.75 inches wide by 5.98 Inches high.

I have several examples of ads that have been done in the past, but I am not sure if the source materials are in a high enough resolution.

The purpose of the ad is to pique the diners interest so they scan the QR Code (provided at a later date), call or visit the website to get more information on how they can become a real estate investor. The actual company that provides the real estate investing training is called Renatus. www.learn.myrenatus.com.

The Ad will be accompanied by a 300 word article about the advantages of becoming a real estate investor. This will be written separately to go along with the ad, but it is not a part of this gig. The article will appear next to the ad, and will not be a part of the graphic.

As mentioned, I will provide ad samples and may be able to get high-res images of certain components of the ads, if necessary.
The ad that I like the best (see attached) is the one with the ladies, the check and the pics of the house, but I am certainly open to other ideas. I am including files with samples and my company logo. I need to have the phone number 920-236-3309 and logo included in the ad, but not as a major part.
