Lansing First Southern Baptist Church is a growing, contemporary church in a growing community just outside of the Kansas City metro area. We are looking for a logo that is clean and modern, reflecting our personality as a body that values genuine faith, a family atmosphere, and excellence in service. Hey everyone,
Thank you for you the designs you've submitted so far. We've enjoyed looking through all the different designs and have seen some that are very impressive.
There are still several days remaining, and we have not chosen a winner yet. We are very open to receiving new designs to compare to those we already have.
Below are the links to several church logos that definitely fit the style and feel we are looking for. We're not looking for duplicates, but hopefull these will help you get a clearer idea of what we want.

- Given our long name, we would like to see an emphasis on the words 'First Southern.' Also, we strongly prefer to see the cross incorporated into our logo, although we may consider alternatives that still clearly represent our body as a church. (Our team lightly jokes about logos for 'XYZ Family Church' that could easily read 'XYZ Family Dentistry' and still make perfect sense.)
Schön zu haben
- We would like to see something close to 'denim blue' used as a primary color in the logo. Secondary colors we have discussed include tans, yellow, or olive green, but we are interested in seeing other creative options as well.
