You can use any logo you like the name of the site (temporary) is "FileStorage". The site can be in either psd or html, we do not have a preference.

With regards to the "download" page you mentioned, it seems to me that on most similar sites the user simply right clicks on a file/folder and selects download, but the page itself doesn't actually change. How do you image this working in your site, so that it would constitute a separate page?
