Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am in need of a logo design for a real estate development company based in Central Florida. The company develops commercial real estate, specifically single-tenant retail buildings (i.e. dollar stores, pharmacies, restaurants, tire stores, etc.). I would like a design that is simple, yet professional. The design should be similar to the logos of major financial institutions, public real estate investment trusts, banks, law firms, etc. Looking for a professional look. Possibly a small design next to the company name, which is JB Realty Partners. However, I do not want skylines or any type of building in the design (unless the building is somewhat abstract). I'm trying to get away from the New York skyline look (or any skyline look or building for that matter) which I think is somewhat cliche. Maybe the company name is the logo all to itself without a separate design. I give you design leeway to be creative. I think I would like to see darker hues in the blues and greens, but that can obviously be changed down the road. Thanks for your help with this.
