The business is a simple beach facility aimed predominantly at the casual tourist and Latin American holiday maker on the beach. We plan on specializing in Latin type cocktails, margaritas, mojitos etc. even bloody marys.
The restaurant will specialize in seafoods....mussels, calamari, snapper, etc.
The enterprise will be run by a husband and wife team catering to a casual, relaxed and happy crowd who enjoy tasty foods and exotic drinks.
The logo will be used on the main sign, polo shirt, web advertising, etc, and should include some kind of fish life, ...I thought perhaps a smiling fish sipping a cocktail through a straw on the beach.....maybe with a Latino flavour.
