We need a website design for a company that constructs and repairs commercial and residential roofing. They need a website design that looks clean, cutting edge, and can keep up with their competitors websites (Tecta America, Baker Roofing Company, CMR Construction). They want to look experienced and "big" enough to handle large commercial projects. They also are striving for a professional and educational feel, and want to really articulate that they work with both residential/HOA and commercial clientele. They want a high conversion rate to their social media platforms and to another area of the site where they can fill out a form, so those areas should be emphasized.

• Landing page must have two separate but equally prominent buttons, directing the customers to a specific area of the site based on their need: commercial or residential. Clicking ether of these links will lead them to a welcome page for residential customers, or a welcome page for commercial clients.
  -So must have 2 pages, a landing page and a welcome page that can be adapted for use as the commercial page and the residential page.
