Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We require a logo design for a new consultancy business that specializes in project management & leadership training (training courses, templates, books, etc). We work mostly in Australia, NZ & Africa for large corporations (mining, transport & logistics, etc). Our name "Ethos" is Latin for 'character' and is taken from MLK famous speech when he said "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character." Our core values are integrity, diversity, stability and achievement. There is an initial design that we think is close but too busy. It is 3 pillars representing stability & integrity and 3 core elements - "the rule of 3" is important and the logo should subtly reflect "3" elements/components (in our training & communications things are broken into threes). We are open to new fresh ideas.
Our colors are Black & Aqua. The logo will need to appear small & large, color & b&w. The logo should work with text & without text.
