Broschüren-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a firm of accountants who are specialists in using Xero. We want to provide training courses for our clients and the first step is to design an 8 page brochure which describes the content of the courses.
We have included a document explaining in more detail our requirements. Also there are the 8 pages as we think they should be laid out however we are to open to that changing if you design wows us.
Your design needs to be in a classic style but make what is a dry subject as interesting as possible. Will people pick up the document you design?
If you think your design would work better on 12 pages then let us see that as well. But it must be 8 or 12 pages.
