Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are currently looking for a unique and creative logo design for our small property developing business called 'Seeit Property Group'. We are a developing team with a difference; that is directly involved in both the design, construction, and marketing of unique residential living alternatives. We are currently working on a development that features luxury industrial living three story apartments with individual courtyards, garages and roof top terraces.
We are highly interested in the use of negative space or double meaning within our logo design. We need a logo that is simple but has a classy and luxurious feel too its design. We want something that is completely out of the box and in no way reflects the obvious symbolism regarding real estate. We would prefer to step away from the use of eyes, houses etc. In our view less is more, so we would like a simplistic and innovative design featuring the colours black and white with a hint of blue if needed.
