Please clarify the exact scope of work as this is design contest / competition.
Project says Job Type coded CSS design only

The current budget suffices for 4-5 PAGES psd design with CSS only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it
