Please clarify the exact scope of work as this is design contest / competition.
Project says Job Type Uncoded PSD design only

The current budget suffices for homepage psd design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.

Hello. Thanks for agreeing to look at this project. The project is as described which is principally homepage, and with the current business model and industry there is no Ecommerce integration requirement. As with all things submissions that go beyond and explore different capability will certainly be looked at favourably both for the results of this project and further work.
