Business Services:Technical consulting in the fields of: Quality Management (e.g. performing audits, designing and implementing new systems, advising on regulations), pharmaceutical Research & Development, pharmaceutical manufacturing.Management consulting in the fields of: Operational improvement, Process Excellence (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean), Strategy Formulation, Skills Training, Project Management, Executive coaching.
Business Approach:We work with clients to understand their needs and objectives before performing an assessment of what intervention or approach is required to help them achieve their goals. Once the approach is agreed to, we work with the client's people in implementing the approach until the objective is achieved.Our business name reflects this as "Pariter" means "together" in Latin.
