What kind of animation are you looking for. I can make the logo, but I don't have any experiance with animation.

Looking for an animated GIF that loops, which can be made with a series of static GIFs using various tools available. Should be about just ~1-2 seconds of animation and maybe ~10 frames. The difference between each frame would be pretty small. Check out some of the animations on Cut the Rope to get a feel for what we're looking for.
