but i have questions:
is it a label design? 300mm x 300mm label stick on box? or this is a package design(that image attached in brief) ? which dimension i should design?

Nice to hear!

This is a design that I want directly on the front of a package lock. Its going to be printed on it and the design is the first thing that the customer see when they look at the package.
The image must be 300 x 300 mm beacuse the package size is exacly 280 x 280 m.m. The package manufacurer said that they will resize the image later. Thats better than the other way, resize it bigger.

It would be awsome if we could use 3D dimension, If that does not look good at the end please use ordinary look. 2D.

Just to confirm, as I have not received any feedback on the first design submitted, you do not want a full package design but rather just the front artwork to be applied to a box? Any feedback would clear the confusion. I would have posted more over the last 3 days of waiting but in my experience feedback tells the designer if they are in the right direction.

Do you have a logo? Also, what is the colour of the carton? Or will that be dictated by the design?
